  • Delivery Time: Typically, it takes up to 3 to 4 working days for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Tracking Your Order: You can monitor your shipment’s status by visiting our logistics partner’s website and using the tracking number, which will be included in your shipment confirmation email or available on your Order Status page at [www.rayneroche.com ].
  • Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer free shipping within the United Arab Emirates for all orders.

  1. International Shipping

  • Delivery Times and Charges: Delivery times and charges for international shipments vary based on the destination country and the selected courier service.
  • Order Tracking: After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from RAYNE ROCHE with your tracking number and a link to our trusted courier partner. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and will be clearly displayed on the billing and shipping information page during checkout.

  1. Import Taxes and Duties (for International Orders)

All international shipments are dispatched from Dubai with completed export documentation. However, each shipment must clear customs in the destination country. Our designated courier partner (e.g., DHL) will manage the customs clearance process, and any applicable import duties or taxes will be communicated to you before delivery. You will be responsible for paying these charges before receiving your order. We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations, duties, and taxes before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

  1. Secure Delivery to Identified Person

To ensure the secure delivery of your valuable purchase, we require accurate consignee/recipient details, including:

  • Full name (as stated in their government-approved photo identification).
  • Complete address with nearby landmark.
  • Postal code.
  • Contact number.

Upon delivery, the recipient must present their government-approved identity proof or address proof for verification by the courier agent. The recipient is expected to cooperate by presenting original copies of their identity proof to facilitate secure delivery.

  1. Delivery Location

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses only. For the security of your high-value items, we cannot deliver to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or roadsides.

  1. Delivery Attempts and Returns

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • Unreachable Recipient: If the recipient remains unreachable after three attempts, the package will be returned to our office in Dubai.
  • Refused Delivery: If delivery is refused by the recipient, return shipping charges and any import duties incurred in Dubai will be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery to avoid these charges.
